Digital Product License & Usage Policy
Introduction
Not every digital product comes with the same permissions. At TEKWORA, products may be offered with different licensing arrangements depending on their content, intended use, and the rights available to us. This page explains the general license categories that may be offered through our store and how customers should understand their permissions.
1. Every Product Has Its Own License
A license is the set of permissions and restrictions attached to a particular digital product. Before purchasing, check the license information displayed on the relevant sales page or included with the downloadable files. The presence of a license category in our store does not mean every product includes that license. The specific product license controls the rights granted for that purchase.
2. Personal Use Rights
Products carrying Personal Use Rights are intended for the purchaser's own personal use. You may download and use the material personally and access included resources for personal learning or projects. Unless expressly authorized, you may not sell the original product, distribute files to others, rebrand or claim ownership of original content, upload files to public sharing platforms, or grant resale or commercial rights to others.

3. Resell Rights (RR)
A product carrying Resell Rights may allow the purchaser to sell the product to other customers. The exact permissions depend on the individual license. Unless expressly granted, Resell Rights do not automatically allow you to edit or rebrand the original product, claim authorship or copyright ownership, grant PLR to buyers, pass resale rights to customers, or modify original licensing conditions.
4. Private Label Rights (PLR)
Products carrying Private Label Rights may allow purchasers to customize and adapt supplied content. Depending on the individual license, permitted activities may include editing written content, changing titles and descriptions, customizing product graphics and branding, adding original material, publishing adapted material, and selling the resulting product commercially. PLR does not automatically mean unrestricted copyright ownership or permission to redistribute unchanged source files.
5. Master Resell Rights (MRR)
Products carrying Master Resell Rights may allow purchasers to resell the product and pass specified resale permissions to their own customers. These rights are not unlimited by default. The product-specific license determines whether resale is permitted, whether resale rights can be passed to customers, whether customers may resell again, whether editing or rebranding is permitted, and whether additional distribution restrictions apply. Customers must not promise downstream buyers permissions the original license does not grant.
6. Unrestricted Private Label Rights (UPLR)
Certain products may be offered with Unrestricted Private Label Rights. UPLR describes a broader set of permissions than standard PLR, but its exact scope must still be defined by the accompanying license. Depending on the product, permissions may include editing, rebranding, repackaging, commercial use, and resale. Exclusions, restrictions, third-party rights, or non-transferable permissions remain applicable. The UPLR label alone does not authorize infringement of copyright, trademarks, third-party platform policies, or applicable laws.

The table below is a general overview only. It is not a substitute for the actual license supplied with a product.
8. Restrictions Applying Across Licenses
Unless a product-specific license expressly authorizes the activity, customers must not distribute purchased files through free public download websites; share private download links with unauthorized users; claim ownership of third-party intellectual property; remove mandatory copyright or attribution notices; use trademarks or brand identities without permission; sell or distribute content in violation of third-party rights; grant broader permissions than those received; or use purchased materials for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-Party Content and AI Materials
Some products may contain third-party resources, stock assets, fonts, graphics, AI-generated materials, or content designed for use with external tools. Such elements may be subject to additional restrictions. A TEKWORA product license cannot grant rights that TEKWORA does not own or have permission to sublicense. Customers are responsible for checking additional notices or restrictions supplied with these materials.
10. License Documentation
Where a product includes a separate license document, customers should retain a copy for their records. If a license is unclear, contact TEKWORA before using or distributing the relevant product commercially. The product's specific license should be read together with this general policy.
11. Unauthorized Distribution
TEKWORA may investigate suspected unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or misuse of purchased digital materials. Where appropriate, we may take reasonable action to protect our intellectual property and the rights of our content partners, subject to applicable law.
12. License Changes
Changes to a product's license will generally apply to future purchases. We will not intentionally withdraw rights already granted to existing purchasers through a valid license, except where necessary to address legal requirements, third-party rights, or circumstances expressly covered by the original license.
